Two-Tier Corner Breakfast Bar, with Steel Hairpin Legs

DESCRIPTION

These rustic breakfast bars are an excellent space saving solution for all your dining requirements. They sit flush against the wall, with the option of steel hairpin legs, or copper pipe brackets used to support the table top.
Each one has been handcrafted from reclaimed wood, sanded (three times) to a smooth finish, then coated in your chosen finish.

NOTE - The surface comes complete with scrapes, knots, indentations & discolourations, which all help to tell the story of its previous life. Please bare this in mind when deciding which finish/ colour to go for. Look at the photos, which give an example of what your table top will look like.
Everything I make is handmade, so every piece is truly unique. Special care is taken in the preparation & overall look of the finished product.

SHELF
----------------------------------------------
The surface of the breakfast bar is complimented with a narrow shelf to the rear of the tabletop. This shelf provides an extra space for some of your essential items.
This shelf is situated down the long edge of the surface & will be the same length as your longest side.
The depth (front to back) of this shelf will be about 11cm, which is deep enough to place mugs, drinking glasses, smart phones, condiments, or any other small items.

SHELF SUPPORTS

Each shelf is supported by two copper pipe stands. These stands are crafted from 22mm copper pipe. The pipe is secured to two black cast iron end plates, via two brass couplings.
I can make the shelf supports using copper pipe (rose gold colour), or chrome coated copper pipe (silver colour).
You can choose between black cast iron end plates (flanges), or silver aluminium end plates.
The distance between the table top & underside of the shelf is 14cm.

LEGS

The table top is supported by 3 x 86cm steel hairpin legs (see photos for an example of where these are positioned).
The none leg sides of the table top are secured to the wall using small steel brackets, which are positioned on the underside of the table top.

LEG COLOUR

You can choose between 'black', or 'bare-steel' coloured legs.
If you'd prefer an alternative colour, ie, polished copper, brass, chrome etc, let me know & I'll do my best to acquire them nor you.
These legs are more expensive. Their price depends on their availability.
Note - This will add another 7-10 days to the length of time it'll take to complete your order.

If you'd like your breakfast bar to be freestanding you can choose to have 5 legs instead of three.
• For 5 x 86cm legs instead of three, this is an additional £55
I can also provide your breakfast bar with 102cm legs if you prefer.

• For 5 x 102cm legs instead of three, this is an additional £95

I aim to get all orders completed within 1-2 weeks, however this isn't my main job, so it all depends on my days off (& the weather 😤). I'll keep you updated with your orders progress.
Each desk/ table is supplied flat packed. The screw holes for the hairpin legs are pre-drilled, so these can be assembled in a matter of minutes. (You'll need a screwdriver)
