Rustic Window Sills, with Front Lip & Corner Notch Covers | Reclaimed Wood | Scaffold Boards

DESCRIPTION
----------------------------------------------
These window sills are designed to sit on top of existing window sills, that have a side protuding piece on one, or both ends.
(See photos for what I mean).
Each sill is perfect if you're wanting to give your home a rustic touch.
***I can make them to your exact size, meaning they'll fit perfectly***.
Each window sill has been handcrafted from reclaimed wood, sanded to a smooth finish, then given two generous coats of your chosen colour.
14 colours/ finishes to choose from (See photos)
After being coated in your chosen colour, I'll apply two coats of protective matt/ non gloss varnish. This helps to protect it against future scratches & scuffs.
NOTE - All boards come complete with scrapes, knots, indentations & discolorations, which all help to tell the story of its previous life. These imperfections give the board its character, making each one totally unique.

FRONT LIP
----------------------------------------------
Each window sill features a lip at the front.
This is to help cover an existing window sill you may already have in place.
The last thing we want to worry about is taking off the existing window sill, so this front lip means it can just sit on top.
The lip is 5cm deep & drops approximately 2cm beyond the body of the window sill.
Note, I can tailor the lip to your exact specifications. So if you need to cover an existing chunky window sill, I can make the lip bigger.

FRONT NOTCHES

Each window sill also features a notch on both front corners.
(See photos for an example of how this looks).
The notch extends out roughly 3cm from the body of the window sill.
& 4 - 5cm to each side.
(This can be altered slightly if you need a certain dimension).
