Chunky Rustic Shelf & Copper Pipe Rail | Scandinavian Redwood

NOTE:- The shelf on this product is crafted from chunky scandinavian redwood. This wood is 45mm thick.
This chunkiness adds to the feel of quality.
These pieces of furniture make a perfect addition to any room. Whether you want to use them in your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or any other room, these pieces are perfect, adding an unmistakable rustic/ contemporary touch.
Each item comprises of a rustic shelf & copper pipe rail, which can be used to hang clothes, towels, or other items on.
The shelf is sanded to a smooth finish, before being coated in your chosen choice of finish.

The rail is fashioned from 22mm copper pipe & is connected to black cast iron flanges, via brass couplings. The copper is then polished to a rose gold finish.
Note - Copper does start to naturally discolour over time. However, polishing with Brasso, or something similar, once or twice a month will stave off the oxidation process.
Everything I make is handmade, so every piece is truly unique. Special care is taken in the preparation & the overall look of the finished product.

CHROME VERSION

If you'd like a chrome pipe version, this is an additional £25.
Please note, the pipe will be made from chrome plated copper pipe (silver colour), however the corner/ joint pieces will still be made from copper.
(See photos for an example of how this will look).

Each shelf is crafted from chunky scandinavian redwood. This wood is 45mm thick.
These are 14 finish/ colour options to choose from.
After applying the colour, each shelf will be given two generous coatings of clear matt varnish.
This helps to bring out the true character of the wood, as well as helping to protect against scratches, spills etc
